Meet Rhodanthe

Fiona’s corporate experience of more than 20 years spans senior roles in legal, risk, regulatory compliance and governance in financial and consumer services, after starting her career in public policy. While working at some of Australia’s largest and most respected listed and mutual organisations, she has helped leaders and teams identify, understand and make pragmatic responses to a huge variety of regulatory and operational risk issues and implement risk-aware decisions for success.

In founding Rhodanthe Consulting, Fiona has distilled that corporate experience into a boutique offering. She seeks to help clients understand their risks and how to manage them and, with that understanding, lead and grow their organisations successfully.

Fiona’s professionalism and experience is combined with an active curiosity for what’s new and a dedication to life long learning. Fiona holds degrees in Law and is completing a degree in Arts (French Studies) at the University of Melbourne.
